ART Introduces the Tube Channel

Applied Research and Technology (A R T) introduces one of its newest products, the Tube Channel at the 105th AES show this September 1998.
This single space unit is a tube recording channel featuring a tube mic preamp, an optical compressor and a four channel, tube-based parametric EQ. Inputs and outputs are XLR and 1/4". Loops are provided between each section for routing flexibility, direct inputs and outputs, and inserting other processing gear. The compressor and EQ sections are bypass-able and feature detented pots. Metering includes: preamp drive and gain reduction LED arrays and a backlit output level VU meter.
The Tube Channel features a three-year warranty and is scheduled for availability in early October 1998.
