PreSonus Ships ACP88 Eight Channel Dynamics Processor

PreSonus Audio Electronics is now shipping the ACP88 Eight Channel Dynamics Processor. For use in live sound, recording, and broadcast applications, the ACP88 features eight separate channels of compression, limiting and gating. Each channel offers full-featured control over compression and gate parameters in only two rack spaces.
The ACP88 is the next generation eight channel dynamics processor derived from the popular PreSonus ACP-8, which received worldwide acclaim from top sound reinforcement companies and world class recording studios.
The ACP88 differs from it's predecessor by the addition of gate attack time (variable from ten microseconds to one hundred milliseconds) and a true gate sidechain for inserting an equalizer for frequency dependent gating. Made with a blue, anodized aluminum front panel, the ACP88 also offers improved cosmetics for better channel separation. The ACP88 is proudly made in the USA.
