'Net
October 2, 1999
Prosoniq announces a new range of products to be solely distributed
through the internet. The Prosoniq DirectX PC plug in product line will comprise
a range of different and novel plug in modules compatible to all major DirectX
host applications such as CoolEdit, Logic Audio, SoundForge and others.
Starting with a novel DirectX plug in for harmonic restoration that allows
enrichening sounds with additional overtones to yield higher clarity, brilliance
and presence, the DirectX product line will be sold directly through the new secure
online ordering provided by a renouned eCommerce service provider. After completing
the purchase the customer can download and install the new DirectX component without
any delay.
Bernhard Bouché, managing director at Prosoniq: "Many companies
still don't use the immense capabilities of the internet for sales. As a company
striving to provide the best service to their customers, Prosoniq will sell a
new product line exclusively over the internet. This provides the customer with
less expensive products, immediate availability and guarantees a better service
through our inhouse service personnel and our development team which is available
through our support email contact. We really hope that this new way of selling
software products gets accepted by our users and we can continue to expand it
in the near future".
Prosoniq's DirectX internet sales will start in November 1999.
