Music Software Announces New Cakewalk Pro Audio January
1, 1995Until
now, musicians and multimedia producers have had no easy way to integrate MIDI
and digital audio on the PC. Professional MIDI sequencing software and digital

professional MIDI and digital audio recording system for multimedia PC's. Cakewalk
Pro Audio integrates MIDI and digital audio recording into a seamless, multi-track
studio for Windows. Cakewalk Pro Audio brings state-of-the-art digital audio
technology into to the best-selling Cakewalk (TM) product line. The new Pro Audio
edition allows users to record, edit and play back multiple tracks of synchronized
MIDI and digital audio from within one program. This integration of MIDI and digital
audio makes it possible to incorporate vocals, guitars, horns, or any other audio
input into a multi-track MIDI sequence. Cakewalk Pro Audio's digital recording
and playback works with many popular Windows-compatible sound cards, as well as
Digidesign's Session 8 hard disk recording system for PC's. Cakewalk Pro Audio
