The new DMP2 2 Channel Mic Preamp Direct Box from M Audio
addresses the critical link between a microphone or direct in and your recording
system. Designed to maximize fidelity and minimize noise, the DMP2 includes 48v
phantom power, phase inversion, low cut filter, and balanced operation.
Features:
• 2 independent XLR, fully balanced inputs.
• 2 alternate, independent 1/4” unbalanced, high impedance inputs. These
alternate 1/4” inputs are impedance matched for ideal performance with typical
electric guitars.
• Separate low cut filters for each channel with switch & LED indicator.
• Separate gain controls for each of the two preamplifiers.
• Individual signal and clipping LEDs for each of the preamplifiers.
• XLR phantom power can be switched on and off for both of the mic preamps.
• Phantom power on or off LED indicator.
• Dual purpose independent 1/4” outputs which accept either tip-ring-sleeve
plugs for balanced outs or tip-sleeve plug for unbalanced outs.
• Full 48 Volt phantom power.
• Phase inversion switch.
• Half rack size.
