June 22, 2000

Kind of Loud Technologies has released RealVerb stereo reverberation plug-ins for Pro Tools TDM and Digidesign's 001 format, RTAS.

RealVerb is an exceptionally high-quality reverb with the unique ability to morph room shape, size and texture, giving users unprecedented creative control over their sound. The morphing and blending tools function in real-time, with no pops, clicks, or distortion. In addition, Kind of Loud, specialists in surround sound software, applied their patented spatial technology to RealVerb, which allows users to pan within the stereo spectrum.

"It is time for new reverb technology in the DAW marketplace. Reverb is arguably the most-requested software addition to hard disk recording. We have developed a product that produces stunning sound while giving the customer even greater creative control - at a tremendous value," said Suz Howells, VP Marketing and Sales.

RealVerb is available now through the Kind of Loud worldwide reseller network, which encompasses most Pro Tools and Digi 001 dealers. RealVerb/RTAS is available for $295 MSRP; RealVerb/TDM is $695 MSRP.
