SoUnDEnGiNe.com Announces Joel Putman's Synthetica Audio Sampling CDs July 18, 2000SoUnDEnGiNe.com is proud to
announce the availability of its first audio sampling CDs, featuring the
sound
design work of Joel Putman. The two CDs, called "Synthetica #1" and
"Synthetica #2," are sampling material made of textural ambiences, developed
in
Joel's Digital Audio Studio, featuring the Apple Macintosh and a Symbolic
Sound
Kyma System.
Joel has composed almost all of the files using custom
PICT
files in MetaSynth or various other graphic programs. A fair number
of
the files were derived from customized spectrographs. The original samples
were
produced with both hardware and software synthesizers. The material can be
applied as background textures, sound effects, film cues, and synthetic
hooks in
compositions. All the sounds on the disk are royalty free.
"We are completely thrilled to offer these sonically unique sampling CDs as
our
first audio sampling CD offering," says Scott C. Peer, President of
SoUnDEnGiNe.com. "The rich quality of these silky sound textures are
definitely
inspirational right out of the box."
"Synthetica #1" and "Synthetica #2" are individually priced at $59.95, and
a
combined set of both disks can be purchased for $99.95, directly from the
SoUnDEnGiNe.com website. MP3 format demos are available on the site as well. For more information, visit their web site at www.soundengine.com. |
