Hart Dynamics Announces ECymbal II Line for 2001
 February 24, 20012001 brings the next generation line of ECymbals for electronic drummers, bringing them closer to the feel of real acoustic cymbals.
The hi-hat consists of a
special alloy metal ECymbal II top cymbal coupled with Hart Dynamic's polymer
ECymbal bottom. Hi-hat cymbals remain closed while
an electronic hi-hat pedal activates open/close parameters. Cymbals remain
tightly closed when playing on
top, and open up for heavy playing to duplicate acoustic style
performance.
The ECymbal II dual
trigger ride cymbal available in 16" big bell model and is virtually
identical to an acoustic cymbal without
any volume. The hi-hat and ride come with gum rubber on one tridrent of the
cymbal so you can play on
the metal part of cymbal for acoustic feel or gum rubber for extreme
stealth.
The ECymbal II crash (available in choke and no choke models) and splash
cymbals are made from a unique unbreakable polymer and are coated with
Duroplate Gold
Mirror finishes to look like standard cymbals, guaranteed against chipping or peeling. Splash and crash
cymbals also come with Aquarian cymbal springs to enhance feel. Crash cymbals can also be used for "China"s.
ECymbals feature heavy duty
triggers with high output and
“snap-lock” 1/4” connectors to ensure cymbals stop playing when you do.
