New Guitar and Piano SampleTank Sound Modules

IK Multimedia announced the launch of 2
new SampleTank sound modules: Piano Collection and Guitar Collection, a new
collaboration between IK Multimedia and Sonic Reality.
SampleTank users can add more sounds to their musical productions and new users can plug-and-play these sounds
within their favourite sequencers thanks to the included SampleTank LE plug-in.
Guitar Collection is a selection of both Acoustic & Electric Guitars featuring
nylon & steel string acoustics, 12 string and Dobros as well as Pedal Steel, Ebowed
Guitars, Clean and Distorted Electric Guitars, Overdriven & Rotary Guitars plus many
others.
Piano Collection makes use of Sonic Reality's acoustic and electric pianos.
Featuring both Yamaha and Steinway concert grands samples as well as uprights and
baby grands too. With acoustic pianos ranging from 32 to over 90 megs in size, the
Piano Collection's value is hard to beat. In addition, there are extremely realistic classic
vintage Rhodes and Wurly EPs as well as Clav D6 and more.
The included SampleTank LE plug-in is a reduced version of SampleTank offering 4
MIDI channels (instead of 16), 4 effects per voice selectable among
20 DSP effects, and the ability to open any other SampleTank native sounds.
SampleTank LE is already available all the major recording platforms including VST,
MAS and Digidesign RTAS formats, both in Macintosh and Windows platforms.
