August 5, 2002
Randall Amplifiers and legendary amp guru Bruce Egnater have joined forces in designing the new MTS series. Introducing the Randall RM4 all-tube modular preamp, with 4 independent modular channels. Until now, an all tube amp did not offer the flexibility offered by many of today digital amplifier designs. With the RM4, you simply select any combination of 12 all-tube preamp modules, and create your own collection of classic to modern amps tones. This MIDI selectable, 4-channel preamp provides you the option to hot swap any combination of the available preamp modules, and have the sound and feel of a tube amplifier. Start with one module, or collect as many as you like, and have your favorite original tones right at your fingertips.
Features:
All modules include two 12AX7 preamp tubes, 3-band EQ w/bright switch, and level control.
- Four independent channels (with your choice of vintage to modern tone preamps) Master volume
- Parallel effects loops (with front panel mix control)
