The first major update of the award winning NI-SPEKTRAL DELAY is now
available for Mac and PC.
The NI-Spektral Delay is a unique delay effect that uses a real-time Fast Fourier Analysis to split each channel of a stereo signal into 1024 frequency bands. The delay, level, and feedback for each channel can be set independently for each frequency range. Various modulation effects can be applied to the signal in the frequency domain for even further sound manipulation. NI-SPEKTRAL DELAY offers exceptional possibilities for creative sound design from subtle corrections and rich effects to a complete manipulation of the source material. The NI-SPEKTRAL DELAY is as easy to use as it is powerful with its sophisticated graphical user interface. NI-SPEKTRAL DELAY runs either as stand-alone or as a plug-in and can be fully controlled and automated by MIDI.
The NI-SPEKTRAL DELAY 1.5 comes with an improved audio engine underneath
as well as many new performance oriented features. Now the NI-SPEKTRAL
DELAY sports a convenient MIDI learn feature and a unique performance mode
where the computer's keyboard can trigger samples and instantly switch
presets. The update also adds two new filter modulations, graphical input
and output metering, MIDI beat clock synchronization in standalone mode,
more accurate tempo delays, complete Emagic LogicAudio compatibility, and
more.
