New Radicaster Guitar from Zion

(Click for a close-up)
December 29, 2003

Designed with the "no frills" player in mind is the Zion Radicaster, offering solid wood construction of Swamp Ash, Alder, Basswood or Mahogany with a traditional picking forearm body bevel, along with the "belly cut" on the backside for playing comfort. This model can be rear-routed, as shown above, or front-routed with a traditional design pickguard.

Zion can make each pickup single coil size or large humbucker size in order to offer other styles like single-single-hum or hum-single-hum or the dual hum configuration with the optional Phil Keaggy wiring. Exclusive to Zion is the use of the special locking jack that is recessed into the side of the guitar.
