RePlay Technologies is under new management and introduces Version 3 of CD Looper with an added MP3 Looper functionality. CD Looper is a Windows-based program that will slow down CDs or MP3 files 2, 3, or 4 times so you can hear and learn parts of a song, all without changing the pitch.
There is no longer a separate CD Looper and CD Looper Pro. The only version is CD Looper Pro version 3 that incorporates all of the features of the former CD Looper, but adds a few more FREE features:
- MP3 Looper will now allow you to loop and slow down your MP3 files 2, 3, or 4 times the amount, while keeping the same pitch, so you can learn complex runs and chords of your favorite artists via MP3 files.
- All of the Plugins that cost extra with CD Looper are now free with version 3. Tools like NoteGrabber, OverDubber, and Pitch Changer will allow you to be even more precise in your editing and your ear customization, as you can even narrow down a specific note that you need to hear.

All of the features of CD Looper include:
- Slow down any section of a song 2, 3, or 4 times without changing the pitch.
- Slowed loops can be sped up in 10 percent increments.
- View, edit, print and store information and lyrics about any song on the CD.
- Print out CD information and display it in HTML format.
- Sync lyric display and CD playback.
- Length of slowed loops is limited only by disk space and available memory.
- Unlimited number of loops per track.
- Loops can be played continuously or a set number of times.
- Loops can be grouped together making it east to learn complete sections of a song
- Teachers can export a track's or cd's loop points making any song easy for their student to learn
