The new sound design company Digital Media Dreams released their
first sample CD "SoundXperience". SoundXperience is a multi-sample library containing
synth sounds patched up for Reason's NN-XT and Native Instruments Kontakt 1.5.2. DmD is a new
company which has the goal to produce and release sample collections on CD-ROM and in the form
of downloadable "SoundPack's". DmD was founded by the founders and administrators of the Reason
orientated website "Reasonfreaks" (www.reasonfreaks.com).
Contents of SoundXperience include:
- 125 Multi-samples (1243 Wav. files)
- 344 NN-XT Patches
- 252 Kontakt 1.5.2 Patches
- Divided into categories Arp, Bass, Drums, Keys, Leads, Mono, Organs, Pads & Strings, Sound Scapes
Digital Media Dreams sampled many great synths (both hardware and software), kept fairly simple in terms of movement and
in mono for optimal editing comfort. This way you can make the movement yourself and a stereo
field can easily be created in the supported soft samplers. Basically this library turns your sampler into a synth with lot's of "waveforms" which can
be mixed and tweaked as much as you like.
In total there are almost 600 patches made for the 2 supported samplers, the NN-XT and Kontakt
v1.5.2.
Price: €49.95.
