Soundweb Designer Upgraded with Whiseworks-NTM Filters

The Soundweb Designer software from BSS Audio has been enhanced with the release of Version 1.50, being launched alongside the new Soundweb London networked programmable DSP system.
Designer V1.50 brings two new features to the control software suite: stereo matrix objects and the inclusion of WHISEWORKS - NTM* (Neville Thiele Method) filters in the DSP crossover devices. These filters have been rapidly accepted for their ability to get better results from a loudspeaker system that had been unobtainable with conventional crossover filters. The new filters provide a steeper roll-off slope and consequently allow loudspeaker drivers to be used to a greater part of their operating range.
