Gigfiles.com Announces Steinway C Piano LibraryGigaStudio, Halion, Kontakt, Exs, Soundfont and STS formats August 16, 2004
Gigfiles.com has announced the release of the new Steinway C Piano, a library created for the GigaStudio, Halion, Kontakt, Exs24, Soundfont and STS formats.
The soundbank is released on the web site and is 1.8GB large.
Every member of the Gigfiles subscription system can download this new soundbank for free. This library is available in direct download from Gigfiles.com bypassing the traditional distributor/retailer route, offering a unique one hour delivery for DSL owners.
"The Steinway C series is a set of very unique products," commented Nicolas Choukroun, Gigfiles.com Owner and founder. Nikko says: "I've re-sampled the piano, using a new and better setup. Hard work has been done in programming - including specific software for recording and cutting sounds that has been specifically developed. The concept of this new Gigfiles Steinway is to have 2 basic setups (one for cool and one for punchy songs) and 2 different reverb piano (one done in a small room one in a large theater). This concept give new horizon and you can now mix them together with any sampler to create an unlimited number of variations, from classical stage, to even hip-hop, new age, pop or rock styles, whatever it will be used for! These piano have 4 velocity levels and are sampled almost every notes between 10 up to 20 seconds each!"
The library will be released step by step through the end of September and will be free to all the Gigfiles.com registered members.
