Zildjian Introduces Larger Sizes of Popular ModelsNew 15-inch HiHats And 20-inch Rides

The Zildjian Company announced the addition of 15-inch K Zildjian, A Custom Mastersound and A Zildjian Rock HiHats, and 20-inch A Custom and A Custom Projection Crashes. All five new models provide more volume and cutting power, and of course more playing area.
The Mastersound HiHat design employs a new hammering technique on the outer rim of the bottom HiHat cymbal that creates alternating raised and lowered contact points between the bottom and top HiHat cymbal. This design facilitates rapid air release creating a faster and more pronounced "chick" sound and added "sizzle" quality, with no loss of body in the overall sound of the cymbals, according to the company.
The 20-inch size Crashes are also available in the A Zildjian Thin, Medium Thin, Medium and Z Custom Medium Crashes.
