Cleartone Adds Bluegrass Set to String Catalog

Cleartone Strings announced an expansion to their line of acoustic guitar strings; the "Bluegrass" set. This new specialty set features a light top/heavy bottom gauge configuration (12-16-25-36-46-56) for high-frequency clarity with the light strings, and low-frequency "thump" for the lower strings.

This new "Bluegrass" set also features the Cleartone-patented EMP, Enhanced Molecular Protection. "This is the first time in history that a guitar player doesn't have to sacrifice tone and clarity for long string life," said Jason Everly, president of Cleartone Strings, "There is a tone compromise, and up until now, guitarists had to accept it. Cleartone gives you unbelievable clarity, and lasts 3-5 times longer than a standard set."
