Two New Sample Collections from Precisionsound
October 31, 2005Precisionsound has released two new libraries for HALion, Kontakt, and SoundFont users: Philicorda GM 751 and Langegard Pump Organ.
VOX and Farfisa organs may be the most known of the "squeaky" pop organs of
the 60's, but the Philicorda GM751 is possibly the coolest. The Swedish
pop group "The Soundtrack of Our Lives" helped put this vintage
organ back on stage and in the studio. Now it's here for you to enjoy.
Precisionsound created a total of 113 mono samples divided into 4 different
settings, all WAV files are seamlessly looped.
You get 4 24-bit programs for HALion 1.13 and later, Kontakt 1.5.3 and later, and 4
SoundFont programs in 16-bit resolution.
A Cubase SX Rotary preset is also included.
Price: $29.00 downloadable, $40.00 on CD-ROM.
The Langegard Pump Organ is a 5-octave Swedish pumporgan chromatically
sampled and recorded in stereo.
This collection provides two different sounds and both notes, releases and noise (separate
sound of the pumping and more) samples.
The SampleSet contains 280 24-bit (HALion Kontakt) and 16-bit (SoundFont) wav
samples in 7 different programs:
- Langegard 1 No Release
- Langegard 1 release only
- Langegard 1 (HALion Kontakt only)
- Langegard 2 No Release
- Langegard 2 release only
- Langegard 2 (HALion Kontakt only)

Price: $32.00 downloadable, $43.00 on CD-ROM.
