Luthier and amp maker Chris Siegmund introduced his latest stringed instrument creation
for musicians who like to think outside the box.
The Outcaster is designed to express a musician's unique musical voice, character and style.
The basic concept is a very light and resonant f-hole ash Strat or Tele body
with mahogany/rosewood neck, custom made with personalized hardware and pickups.
Every Outcaster is individually hand-made to custom specifications.
The ash body with hollowed out sides and mahogany/rosewood neck
is standard on every Outcaster.
The player can personalize the following options:
- Strat f-hole swamp ash body
- Tele f-hole swamp ash body
- Tele f-hole with flamed maple top
- Tele f-hole with quilted maple top
- Headstock Veneer
- Finish color
- Pickups
- Pickguard
- Volume & Tone Knobs
- Tailpiece
- Bridge
- Tuners
Base Price is $995 for a clear oil finished body and neck,
plus discounted cost of pickups, hardware and custom options.
