The provocative look of the Blue Voodoo mini-stack does not belie it's impressive
tone characteristics. Its all-tube design consists of three 12AX7A and 6L6GC tubes,
but with its unique auto-biasing capability will accept any matched pair of 5881,
EL34, 6L6 or 6550 tubes. Making believers out of everyone who plugs in the
Voodoo, these amps are becoming known for their warm, rich, clean tones and highly
versatile, "squishy" distortion modes. This distortion is due to a specially designed
transformer that allows for a little more "sag" and "bloom". A DC filament in
the first two stages eliminates the need for "hum balance" control, which also
