Peavey HVTM 1282 and HVTM 1582 Speaker Enclosures July 11, 1997
Peavey Electronics Corporation proudly introduces two new sound reinforcement
enclosures, the HVTM 1282 and the HVTM 1582. Both are biampable. two-way trapezoidal
enclosures with flying points and a number of other impressive features.
The HV 1282 features one 22XTTM 2" titanium compression driver coupled with a CHTM 3
constant directivity 90 degree X 45degree V horn. Its direct radiating, low-frequency section houses
one 12" heavy-duty woofer. With a crossover point of 800 Hz, the HV 1282 has 8 ohms impedance.
The HV 1582 features one 44TTM 4" titanium compression driver coupled with a CHTM 5
constant directivity 80 degree X 40 degree horn. Its direct radiating, low-frequency section houses one 15"
1505-8DT Black Widow woofer with a Kevlar impregnated cone. The HV 1582 has an 800 Hz
crossover point and 8 ohms impedance.
The high-quality enclosures come in either a painted or natural finish, with a choice of black or ivory
opaque cloth grilles permanently attached to cover a metal guard grille for maximum protection and
appealing cosmetics.
