Steinberg Announces Cubasis AV for Windows 95 and MacOS

Steinberg North America announces the release of
Cubasis AV for Windows '95 and Mac OS. Replacing the current Cubasis and Cubasis Audio products, Cubasis AV offers powerful integration of Audio, MIDI, Notation and Video playback.
Cubasis AV offers up to eight Audio channels with on-line mixing facilities. The Mac OS version even utilizes Steinberg VSTTM technology such as real-time EQ and Reverb.
MIDI specification is similar to the current Cubasis versions, and of course offers on-screen notation and score printout. MIDI Editors available include Score Edit, Key Edit and List Edit. Furthermore, an enhanced GM/GS XG Mixer has been included in both the Windows and Mac OS version.
Cubasis AV also includes integrated Video playback with the ability to Import and Export Audio from Quick Time Movies.
The program will be shipping on CD-ROM and more than 100 MB of Audio Clips in different styles will be included for the user to get started easily.
On-line Tutorials, similar to those being released for Cubase VST and the Windows 3.0 versions are also to be included in both versions of Cubasis AV. For more information, visit their web site at www.steinberg.net. |
