PRESS RELEASE

The Little Black Rack from Program Solutions Group

July 10, 1998

With just a touch of a button and a few minutes to spare, you can record a full Audio CD without the hassle of a computer. Introducing the Program Solutions Group "The Little Black Rack." This first of a kind CD Recorder packs the necessary power to create your CDs without the complication of a computer or the expensive cost of a mastering house, thus saving you time, money, and headaches.

It features advancements in the CD Recorder industry that only we've implemented. Advancements such as 4x speed write for the quickest burning of your original CD as well as multiple copies. The Little Black Rack also features a built-in 2 Gigabyte Hard Drive that allows for up to 3 Hours of Hard Disk recording. With the other units on the market, if a user is recording to a CD and a mistake is made, then the CD becomes a waste. Our unit allows users to first record to the hard drive, so if a mistake is made, the track can automatically be erased off of the hard drive by just pressing a button. This Hard Drive Feature also allows the user to save the tracks (up to 3 hours) for burning at 4x speed to a CD at a later time. And with the built-in hard drive, users can create compilation CDs by dropping various audio tracks from various CDs and then burning those tracks in any order to a new CD. The Little Black Rack has the power of a computer with the simplicity of a tape recorder.

The Little Black Rack also has analog inputs that allow users to come in from any external audio source, whether it is DAT, Cassette or straight from your Mixing Board. And with its built-in speaker, you can monitor the sound on the unit at any time without connecting to external speakers.

Using it's Direct Write feature, copies of Audio or a Computer CDs can be made by placing the original CD into the top drive and the blank disc on the bottom drive and then pressing a button. Another popular feature of the unit is the ability to hook this unit up to your computer. Using the SCSI Ports on the back of the machine, The Little Black Rack allows users to connect the unit to their PC or Mac and master directly to the unit's CD-R. There is absolutely no need to buy another CD-R drive for your computer.

PSG's "The Little Black Rack" is the ideal machine to backup almost all CD formats with one simple step.
