Steinberger Announces New Models
July 10, 1998The GR-2S Guitars is the newest entry from Steinberger. Its new natural hand rubbed oil body has the new Steinberger humbucker pickups. The guitar also features the traditional Steinberger Blend neck, double ball tuning system and S-Trem tremolo system.
The XB Bass is also new. Its lightweight, swamp ash body, finished with natural hand rubbed oil, is contoured for a comfortable fit. The XB Bass also has the traditional Steinberger Blend neck and Double Ball tuning.
Steinberger is also upgrading its XQ Basses. Both the XQ-F2 and the XQ-F25 now come standard with an Alder body and a flame maple top.
