PRESS RELEASE

Spirit by Soundcraft Moves to Nasvhville

July 27, 1999

Spirit By Soundcraft, Inc. announces that, as of August 1, it will be relocating its US operations in Rocklin, California to the Harman Pro North America (HPNA) facility in Nashville, Tennessee where it will join its sister company, Soundcraft.

Both Spirit and Soundcraft will continue to maintain their own separate identities and market focuses. By combining distribution in a single location, there will now be only a single number to call for sales, customer service and administration for any Soundcraft-branded console.

Adrian Curtis, Group Sales Director for Spirit, Soundcraft and Amek worldwide, comments on the move, "Combining the distribution of the two Soundcraft brands into one facility will give improved customer and dealer service for both pre and post sales activities in addition to removing any of the confusion that exists in the market about who to call for sales and support for Soundcraft products."

Direct line numbers for Spirit will be announced shortly. In the meantime, after August 1, please use the Soundcraft direct number of 615.360.0471, fax 615.367.9046
