Yorkville Re-IntrosCanadian-Made
Traynor Tube Amps February 28, 2000As the desire for real tube tone continues to grow among
guitarists, Yorkville responds to the demand by reintroducing Canadian-made
Traynor Tube Amplifiers. Made famous in the 60's and 70's, Traynor Tube Amps
were a hit among both professional and hobby guitarists, and were known for their affordability and great tone. The first guitar amp for the new
generation of Traynors is the Custom Valve 40 (YCV40). The internal gadgetry
in this channel switching amp consists of separate tone controls for each
channel, real tube overdrive from two 6L6GB vacuum tubes, a "boost" switch,
a brightness switch, an effects loop, and spring reverb. The YCV40 stays
true to the original Traynor line with black vinyl-covered all plywood
construction and a classic front-mounted Traynor logo.
The Traynor Custom Valve 40 comes with Yorkville's standard two year transferable warranty* and is distributed, exclusively in
North America, by Yorkville Sound.
*Warranty valid in U.S. and Canada only. For more information, visit Yorkville's web site at www.yorkville.com. |
