Tascam proudly introduces the new M-08 Compact Utility Mixer. Designed for live recording, multi-media suites, production & post production for film / video, submixing, PA applications and other environments that require high-quality audio control with rugged construction and a compact size. The M-08 has the features required to allow it to function extremely well in a multitude of situations. Including 4 mono & 4 stereo inputs with XLR balanced Mic. inputs & 48 volt phantom power. You'll also find 2-band EQ, overload indicators, two AUX. sends, level and pan controls along with Mute and PFL switches on each channel.
The new M-08 makes managing all your signals a breeze. The mixer provides four effect returns, inputs to the Main and Stereo busses, as well as a Tape Input for monitoring and replay functions. For critical sound level management, the mixer's 60mm long-throw master fader provides you with a more accurate control over the M-08's output level. These levels are reflected by a highly accurate 12-segment display.
As expected, the two AUX. sends provide you with the ability to take your signal Pre or Post. You'll also find a gain control on the stereo channels and a trim control on each of the 4 mono channels plus inserts for accessing additional signal processors. The M-08's stereo outputs can be either balanced (TRS) or unbalanced (RCA). Should you wish to rack mount the M-08, TASCAM's optional rack-mount kit, the RM-08, is ready when you are.
