Fender's amplifier division announces four new amps: Frontman 15; Frontman 15R; Frontman 15B

state of the art facility in Baja California built expressly for these models, the Frontman series
makes worldclass Fender Tone and features available to all guitarists and bass players.
Starting at $104.99 suggested retail price, the Frontman 15G features: solid joined cabinet;
expanded metal grille; push button distortion; headphone and extension speaker jacks. The
Frontman 15R adds classic Fender Reverb and the Frontman 25R with 25 Watts of power; remote
channel switching and 10" Fender Special Design speaker tops the range. - For bass players,
there's the Frontman 15B which features: 15 Watts; 8" Fender Special Design bass speaker;
3-band EQ and headphone jack.
Fender's marketing manager for amplifiers, Ritchie Fliegler says, "Having Fender-made and
Fender-branded amps in this price range is one of the most exciting things I can think of...really.
Many moons ago when I was just starting out as a guitar player and dreaming about some day
owning a Twin Reverb, even the least expensive Fender amps were way out of my reach. Today's
beginner can get into the big league game with a real Fender from the start, at less than a hundred
bucks. That's very cool." For more information, visit their web site at www.fender.com. |
