The update, which will be provided free to registered users for a limited period, makes Spatializer PT3D compliant with Pro Toolso 4.1, and adds new features, including automation capability and support for the Mackie Designs® HUI(TM).
The first software plug-in ever to be nominated for a TEC (Technical Excellence and Creativity) award, Spatializer PT3D enables precise, real-time positioning of sounds through use of the Pro Tools mixer panning controls, providing a familiar way to achieve unheard-of results. Using only a single DSP chip on a DSP farm, the user can position an unlimited number of sounds in 3-D space. The 3-D effect can be heard over any two speakers without decoding, and is surround-, broadcast- and mono-compatible.
