Meinl Innovates Free Ride Suspension System For Bongos

January 29, 1998

Meinl's Free Ride Suspension System is the first innovative concept in bongo designs in years. Stress free connection of bongo shells without drilling and interior hardware combined with Resonance-Shaping offer superior sound quality over traditional bongo designs. Equipped with True Skin heads and heavy duty Cuban-style hardware the new bongos are available in a wide variety of colours including Vintage Sunburst, Raspberry Sunburst and African Brown. Configurations include FWB 400 - 81/2" Hembra/7" Macho or FWB 500 - 9" Hembra/7" Macho.
