Peavey Introduces Dirty Dog (TM) Distortion Pedal

January 29, 1998

Peavey Electronics Corporation is pleased to introduce the Dirty DogTM TransTube® distortion pedal. The Dirty Dog stomp box features a two-channel TransTube preamp on the floor for accurate tube-like sound and response.

The Lead channel features growl (distortion), bite (tone), bark (volume) and a boost switch. The Crunch channel features the same controls and a thrash switch. Two heavy-duty footswitches control bypass and active channel. The Dirty Dog is powered via a 9V power supply or by battery for maximum flexibility.
