Apogee Introduces Wyde Eye A/D Analog
& Digital Interconnects
January 28, 1999Apogee Electronics Corporation, widely recognized as a leading manufacturer
of digital audio equipment and accessories, is pleased to announce an
improved version of their acclaimed Wyde Eye Digital Audio cable. As before,
the cable will be available in both 110 balanced and 75 coaxial formats
and will be pre-terminated in a wide variety of lengths. Called Wyde Eye
A/D, the new product, shipping from September, is designed to handle the
most critical analog as well as digital audio applications. Additions
to the line include a selection of cable products with high-quality 1/4"
tip-ringsleeve connectors.
Wyde Eye A/D offers structural improvements in the distinctive purple
jacket for more flexibility, lower noise and and longer life. The 110
cable maintains the exclusive double shield system of gold foil and braiding
for improved clarity and RF rejection. Discerning high-performance audio
enthusiasts can now enjoy the benefits of this ultra-low jitter and temperature
controlled cable, which has become the leading choice of cable for mastering

The new Wycle Eye A/D offers many additional features and benefits:
