New GrooveMaker(TM) IG Loop Libraries Announced

 January 28, 1999IK multimedia is proud to announce 4 new
IG libraries (interactive groove) that will be released in the beginning of
'99. These libraries will add to GrooveMaker's(TM) incredible arsenal of interchangeable
loops.
The IG groove libraries for GrooveMaker are the only loop collections available
on the market that feature separated instrument loops (including basses, bd's,
drum loops, lines, pads, percussion and effects) that can be combined in hundreds
of simultaneous tracks. Used with GrooveMaker they can produce millions of professional
quality grooves and remixes in no time, turning any user into a top-remixer.
Teknostorm (released in February) from IK, is a pure techno experience, offering
the monobeats of "yore" with a touch of eerie cyberfunk. Just click
to get stunningly dynamic groove combinations with real bass slams and quirky
filtered second hand effects. Teknostorm will hypnotize you.
IK will also release AXE' (Brazilian loops - to be released in March), a completely
re-edited version of its first sampling CD-ROM on Brazilian percussion. AXE'
will bring GrooveMaker users the allure and mystique of Brazilian rhythms with
all the "batucada" percussive instruments, mixable in millions of
complex, pure carioca rhythmic textures.
By Spring, ILIO Entertainments (the award winning sound producer in Los Angeles)
will release its GrooveMaker titles starting with Stun, then following up with
Tricky Mix, a couple of terrific dance libraries. Stun (hardcore techno) will
offer a collection of dangerous, in-your-face technophobia -- tortured grooves
bordering on insanity with mega-distortion and ear-splitting brain candy. Tricky
Mix (hip-hop/trip-hop) slows down with cool grooves and a big bottom bass vibe.
