| EasyWaves Bundled with BIAS Peak
January 28, 1999WAVES LTD., and BIAS today announced the inclusion Easy Waves, an entry level package of DSP audio effects, with Peak digital audio software. Easy Waves are PlugIns that seamlessly integrate with the Bias Software.
EasyWaves includes:
- 3 band EQ with bass middle and treble gain control. Control of the frequency for the middle band. Requires very little CPU power.
- Reverb: Contains mix control, reverb time, and brightness control. Requires very little CPU power.
- Compressor: Contains tight and gain controls. The gain controls the amount of compression applied, and the tight control allows the user to control how much drive and limiting the signal has, making it"tight" and loud. Requires very little CPU power.
"We created EasyWaves in response to many requests for an entry level set of PlugIns," comments Eric Klein, Waves US Sales Manager. "As more applications such as Peak are being made available for digital audio with native processing and no hardware, more people are experimenting with effects. EasyWaves is an inexpensive way to experiment with DSP. An upgrade path is available through the entire family of Wave's PlugIns."
