Zoom SampleTrack 224 Provides Flexible Sampling and Sequencing

January 28, 1999

Syosset, NY-The new SampleTrak 224 from Zoom lets DJs, recordists and musicians record and play back up to 24 sounds on 3 banks of 8 pads, shape each one with an array of edit tools, enhance them with legendary Zoom effects and compose music with the versatile onboard 8song sequencer.

The SampleTrak has a sophisticated RESAMPLER function that lets you reshape and mix down sampled phrases in the digital domain to create amazing-sounding new samples.

An intelligent AUTOSYNC function, another Zoom exclusive, lets users match the tempo of an assigned pad to the tempo of any selected sample from an external source without changing pitch. No more hours tuning, stretching and looping over and over again.

In addition to extensive and non-destructive editing capability for samples, the SampleTrak has MIDI capability; FLASH MEMORY and an OPTIONAL DATA CARD for saving and archiving your work and a FREE CD with the latest sounds from leading producers.

The amazing SampleTrak has an MSRP of $499.
