Access Music Releases New OS for Virus B and Virus C Series
October 5, 2002Immediately following a software update for the Virus Rack Classic, Access has released two additional updates for users of the Virus B and Virus C product lines.
OS 4.58 is the latest version of the Virus B Series operating system. The following
features have been added:
- In multimode, there is a dedicated part panorama parameter which controls the panorama of each multi part individually. The parameter works in addition to the existing panorama setting of each single patch.
- The velocity response curve of the Virus kb is user adjustable now
Virus C Series users can download the latest OS build (OS5, Build 256) which has the following additions:
- In multimode, there is a dedicated part panorama parameter which controls the panorama of each multi part individually. The parameter works in addition to the existing panorama setting of each single patch.
- The velocity response curve of the Virus kc is user adjustable now
- Global EQ-Bypass which can be controlled by a keyboard shortcut
- Loads of other shortcuts which were designed with the needs of live and performance musicians in mind
