Crate Pro Audio Introduces Enhanced LS4-XO Crossover
July 23, 2000This summer Crate Pro Audio plans to introduce the upgraded version of their two way stereo / three way mono active electronic cross-over, the
LS4-OX, at the Nashville NAMM convention. This new and improved crossover will feature an internal power supply as well as a greatly enhanced feature set. New upgrades include High and Low mute switches, Hi-Phaze reversal switch, and a variable crossover from 80Hz-9.2kHz. The LS4-OX also contains a CD horn equalization switch and is based upon 24 dB per octave Linkwitz-Riley state variable filters.
Along with its recent advancements, the LS4-XO will also maintain all of its previous outstanding functionality. These will include peak LED indicators, 40Hz low cut and 15kHz high cut switches, 2 x low frequency output level control, balanced XLR and 1/4" inputs and outputs, and the stereo/mono selector switch.
