July 26, 2000Electro-Voice® is displaying its PSX Series of stereo powered mixers at Summer NAMM, Demo Room 2010 and Booth 5311. The series--including the PSX600, PSX1000, PSX1600 and PSX2200--all offer state-of-the-art, high-level audio component performance in an integrated mixer/amplifier package addressing the needs of musicians, churches, schools, businesses and organizations needing a completely portable amplifier/mixer system. All PSX mixers are matched with specific speakers from EV's award-winning Sx line of speakers, providing users with a perfectly matched system from input to output to ensure optimal total performance. For example, the PSX System combines EV's industry-standard Sx300E speakers with the PSX1000 powered mixer to provide the very best in audio performance, as well as a perfectly matched system providing maximum performance from the individual components. EV's Ring Mode Decoupling (RMD) technology also provides crystal clear highs, detailed mids and thundering lows with exceptional vocal clarity and intelligibility. Additionally, EV has combined the PSX600 with the Sx100+, the PSX1600 with the Sx300E and the PSX2200 with the Sx500+. Essentially, the new EV family of PSX powered mixers provides double the power and double the effects processing capabilities needed for professional-level performance in a flexible, portable, easy-to-use system.
