August 1, 2000With the new GRX720 7-string at just $399.99, Ibanez states that not only do they have the only seven-strings that matter, they've also got the industry's first and only name-brand entry level 7-string.
"The price is low, but the GRX720 has all the high performance and sonic qualities that people look for in an Ibanez 7-string," said Masashi Inoue of Ibanez. "Of course we wanted an axe that would allow the beginner get into 7-string playing on the ground floor. But we also wanted an instrument that would satisfy the pro player who wanted to affordably add a seven-string to the arsenal as a second or third instrument."
The new GRX720BK seven-string is now available individually or as part of the new IJP720 7-string value pack.
