Line 6 Introduces FAQTRAQ (TM) for Web-Enabled Customer Support

Line 6 has installed a self-learning database function called FAQTRAQ to guide users and casual browsers to detailed information on any aspect of Line 6 gear, from technical data to application tips, to feature descriptions.Unlike the now-familiar FAQs of many support facilities, the Line 6 system does more than deliver answers to formulaic questions, it links users to additional sources of information,and continually tracks and learns from user input.Queries added by users will not only trigger a response from the Line 6 support team,but are added to the massive database.
