Nady Introduces Affordable Studio Microphones

Nady Systems recently introduced several new studio mics, the SCM Series, which represent a significant price/performance breakthrough for large diaphragm studio and broadcast microphones. With their new, low price, these microphones are now affordable for the first time to the smallest studios and other projects on a tight budget. The SCM Series includes 5 models–the 900, 910, 920, 980, and 1000, with the SCM-1000 being the top of the line. The SCM microphones are designed for studio vocals, acoustic instruments, orchestras and choral groups, ambient instrument audio, and many live sound applications. All models feature true condenser design with large pressure-gradient, gold-sputtered, ultra thin diaphragms and FET preamplifiers for warm, natural reproduction of the most subtle to the most powerful audio sources and the most accurate transient response possible. They also feature internal shock-mount construction for structural integrity and rugged reliability.
