Summer NAMM 2000

PRESS RELEASE

Back In The Saddle, Again

August 01, 2000

Besides the humongous new Sumo seat, Tama is debuting a second saddle seat at the Nashville NAMM show. With the new HT35, you can mount up in maximum comfort for minimum bucks.

Commented Koji Kamada of Tama: "It was just last year that we introduced the HT25 standard seat that offered the Tama brand name and pro quality at the price of a generic throne. We believe that the throne is one of the most important parts of the set. Comfort for a drummer isn't a luxury, it's a necessity-that's true for the pro and it's true for beginners. With the HT25 and now the new HT35, beginners can now afford the right throne.

LIST PRICE: $79.99

  • Other HT35 features include:
  • Adjustable Height (from the top of the seat to the floor: 17" - 24 1/2" (the same as Tama's HT510 1st Chair Wide Rider throne).
  • Seat measurements: width: 15 1/8"/ from front to back: 14"
  • Double braced legs with single braced supports.
  • 28.6mm diameter base.
  • A special nylon bushing underneath the upper tube (inspired by 1st' Chair's Rock-Lok) eliminates rattling or swaying in the upper seat section.
  • Special stacking display carton.
