July 21, 2001 Audio-Technica announces a new range of RF cables, UHF antennas and UHF distribution systems at this years NAMM Summer Session. These new wireless accessories are designed to work with A-T and other manufacturers wireless systems operating in the 600 or 700 MHz range.
The first of the new accessories are the ATW-DA600 (operating in the 656-680 MHz range) and ATW-DA700 (operating in the 728-752 MHz range) UHF Antenna Distribution Systems. Both UHF active unity-gain antenna distribution systems provide two 1-in, 4-out RF channels for connecting a pair of antennas to as many as four diversity receivers. A cascade output is provided as a directional coupler to drive additional distribution amps. Four DC polarity-inverting interconnect cables, ten RF output cables, and two standard 19-inch rack-mount adapters are included for easy system integration.
The ATW-A62P and ATW-A72P UHF Powered Dipole Antennas have also been added to
the growing line of A-T wireless accessories. Operating in the 600 MHz range (ATW-A62P) and the 700 MHz range (ATW-A72P), each set of these dipole antennas comes standard with 5/8-inch-27 thread mounting hardware for permanent wall-mount installation or attaching to a microphone stand.
Four new high-quality BNC Antenna Cables are also available. These include: the AC12
a 12-foot, RG58-type cable; the AC25 a 25-foot, RG8-type cable; the AC50 a 50-foot,
RG8-type cable; and the AC100 a 100-foot RG8-type cable. For more information, visit their web site at www.audio-technica.com. |
