New from Mesa/Boogie are the M-Pulse 360 and M-Pulse 600 bass amps, with 360 and 600 Watts of power respectively, along with the Powerhouse bass cabinets.

The M-Pulse series heads consist of a Simul-State hybrid power section based on a tube-driven MOSFET design, and a new all-tube preamp with a three-band tone control. The heads have only one channel, but footswitchable features including the 5-band parametric equalizer, compressor with threshold and ratio controls, a Solo control that applies a preset volume boost in the power amp, and even the effects loop (yes, all footswitchable) put a number of different sounds within instant reach. Finally, the outputs on the M-Pulse heads include a balanced direct out and slave out.

These two heads occupy two rack spaces, are are identical other than the power ratings. Combo versions are being planned and Mesa/Boogie is also offering a similar but more more portable Walkabout version with 250 Watts of power.
