iZ Announces Native AES-31 Recording/Playback for RADAR24 July 28, 2000IZ Technology has announced
that RADAR 24 will support the new AES-31 standard, playing well with others. By specifying a common play list, file format and
disk format for disk based multi-track, digital audio, the new AES-31 audio file interchange
standard promises a return to the days of freely interchangeable multi-track master
recordings. iZ Technology will provide seamless plug and play compatibility between RADAR 24 and
other AES-31 compliant hard disk recorders, and Macintosh and PC digital audio
workstations.
This software enhancement for RADAR 24 will be available as a free
download for all RADAR 24 owners in the 4th quarter of 2001. For more information, visit their web site at www.recordingtheworld.com. |
