Edirol Introduces the UM-1S and UM-2E USB MIDI Interfaces

Edirol had a pair of new USB MIDI interfaces on display at Summer NAMM, the UM-1S and UM-2E, designed as an easy solution for desktop computers and laptops.
The UM-1S USB MIDI Interface allows you to send and receive 16 channels of MIDI data with its single MIDI in and MIDI out connectors. A version of the UM-1 that is actually molded directly to a 6 ft pair of MIDI cables with a USB connector on the other end is also available.
The UM-2E functions similarly, but provides the ability to send and receive 32 channels of MIDI data.
Both models are completely powered via USB (no power supply needed) and are both Windows and MacOS compatible.
