At the Nashville NAMM Show in July 2003, Ibanez unveiled a completely new entry level line, the Ibanez V Series.
Ibanez V-Series guitars feature a dreadnought body, gloss finishes, spruce top, mahogany back and sides, and chrome, covered tuners. There are three versions:
- V70NT Natural Finish, list price $189.99
- V70BK Black Finish, list price $199.99
- V70CENT Natural Finish with cutaway, piezo bridge pickup, and Ibanez AEQ200 2-band EQ.
The new IJV50 Jam Pack Quick Start all-in-one package features a V50 guitar (not available separately), gig bag, electronic tuner, instruction video in English and Spanish, chord chart, strap, picks, and accessory pouch. At just $249.99 suggest list price, the Quick Start is the most affordable Ibanez Jam Pack all-in-one package.
