Behringer Introduces DI800 8-Channel Active DI Box

Behringer announced its new ULTRA-DI PRO DI800 (price $129.99) at the Summer NAMM show, a multi-purpose 8-channel Direct Injection box for stage and studio applications. Not only does the DI800 convert unbalanced line inputs into balanced inputs, it can also automatically switch from mains to phantom power operation on each of the eight channels. Shipping is expected the 4th Quarter of 2003.
The DI800's +20 dB gain switch facilitates almost all low-level signals, while the DI800's input attenuation and gain for every channel in combination with a link output for easy connection to other DI800s round out its feature-set.
