Fender Adds New Guitar and Bass to Resonator Lineup

Adding to Fender's series of resonator instruments are the new FR-50 CE guitar and the FR-51 Resonator Bass.

The FR-50CE is a cutaway electric version of Fender's FR-50, and it includes a genuine Fender Texas Tele pickup and a Fishman Powerchip and Resonator Pickup. Construction features include a laminated spruce top, laminated mahogany sides and back, mahogany neck, and rosewood fretboard. US MSRP is $749.99.

For bass players looking for a unique sound, the new FR-51 resonator bass has an ultra-short scale length at 27.7" and a one-of-a-kind vibe. US MSRP is $649.99.
